Disclaimers
Take Orders: Monday–Friday
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are accepted Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
If an item is in stock at our warehouse, we will pack and ship it as soon as payment clears.
If an item is currently en route from a distribution center to our warehouse, we will not provide a “receive by” or guaranteed ship date until the product is physically in our facility and ready for fulfillment. In these cases the order will ship as soon as the incoming inventory is received and inspected.
Payment Methods and Fees
We accept the following payment methods only: bank wire, Zelle, ACH, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal invoice.
Payments made via PayPal invoice will incur an additional 3.5% processing fee. (This fee is applied to cover PayPal processing charges and will be added to the invoice total.)
Please ensure payment is completed promptly after you receive our invoice to avoid delays in processing and shipping.
Pricing and Inventory
Prices and stock levels are updated daily and may change without notice. We recommend confirming current pricing and availability at the time you place your order.
Because inventory can move quickly, an item that appears available may be allocated to another order before your payment is received. Placing an order does not guarantee availability until payment is confirmed and the item is reserved.
Shipping Rates and Case Details
Standard shipping is charged at $12 per case, double boxed. Signature requirement can be at for $3 per shipment.
Case quantities, dimensions, and weight vary by product. When you place an order we will specify the exact case count and any relevant packing information for the products you purchase.
Additional Notes
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If you have special instructions (e.g., delivery appointment, lift gate, or residential delivery), include them with your order so we can provide accurate shipping options and pricing.

Chargebacks

Memberships are charged in full for 1 calendar month. Chargebacks for membership services are damaging to our business and taken seriously. Any user who performs a chargeback will be blacklisted from stores, services, and any websites under our umbrella permanently.
Addresses
Each account is alloted one address for shipping purposes, if multiple addresses are required an additional membership will be required.
